A Team Update From DC Equipment on Madill

You're probably wondering what we've been up to, and rightly so!

Below is a brief outline of what we've been working on.

BACK ON THE PRODUCTION LINE

Initially the Log Loaders (3000s and 4000s) will be the first to be manufactured out of the Madill range next year. We will communicate more closer to the time but expect new Madill 4000s handling logs in 2024, followed by the 3000 model.

MACHINE CHANGES?

In line with the first machines which will have minor adaptations from previous models, we've invested heavily into understanding what other industry partners would like to see in future machines such as in cab comfort for operators, accessibility for service technicians and key durability features for owners. These changes will be introduced at a later stage.

COMMUNICATION

We're huge on customer feedback and value customer input - after all you are the ones working on/in the machines day in, day out. We've been working behind the scenes obtaining feedback and input from a range of sources including operators, technicians, past owners and distributors to get a better understanding of how they can be improved.

CHANGES TO THE BRAND?

Over-all, where we see Madill in the future is working more closely with customers to provide more machines and best-fit solutions for loggers while still maintaining the legacy and heritage of Madill. We will never be a volume-focused mass-producing equipment manufacturer. Instead, having a more personable connection with our customers who have supported Madill for the last century.
